Recently, we have received a number of enquiries regarding the time required to ship orders from Hong Kong to USA and Europe.
If we have the parts on hand and in the right color (we nornally stock most of the popular items such as the arms, shock towers, shocks, bumpers, etc), it normally takes 1-3 days to process your order, and depending on the shipping method you choose (courier or regular), it takes another 3-10 days for for average delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
If your order includes some parts that are out of stock, it takes up to 2 weeks to get them from GPM (we'll love to get them quicker too!) which will delay order shipments. In this case, it will take 3-4 weeks on average for your order to arrive.'
RCXshop realizes that this is not ideal, and we are trying to stock as many parts in every color as possible. We ask for your patience and support as we continue to improve our customer service and order processing/delivery times.
