Shipping/Delivery Factors
If we have the parts on hand and in the right color (we nornally stock most of the popular items such as the arms, shock towers, shocks, bumpers, etc), it normally takes 1-3 days to process your order, and depending on the shipping method you choose (courier or regular), it takes another 3-10 days for an average delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
If your order includes some parts that are out of stock, it takes up to 2 weeks to get them from the manufacturers directly (we'll love to get them quicker but parts are *HOT*, especially GPM!) which will delay order shipments. In this case, it will take 3-4 weeks on average for your order to arrive on your doorsteps.
International Shipping
RCXshop has 3 different options for order shipments:
1) regular HKPost Mail, 2) HKPost Air Parcel, and 3) HK SpeedPost/EMS courier service.
Using regular HKPost Mail is restricted to small packages under 2 kgs, any orders exceeding the weight limitation is shipped HKPost Air Parcel by default. The shipment options are available when you checkout from our shopping cart, and the shipping charges will be calculated (based on weight of your order) and displayed accordingly.
Order Processing : 0-3 days
HKPost Mail/Air Parcel : 7-14 days
HK SpeedPost/EMS : 3-7 days depending on location
Note that for certain countries, custom duties/VAT taxes apply. We will do our best to minimize your duties/VAT exposure where applicable, by using methods such as customs friendly packaging and declarations.

If you are using the SpeedPost/EMS courier option, PLEASE make sure that your correct phone number is in your "Account Details" page. This is a *MANDATORY* requirement for SpeedPost/EMS to contact you in case of emergency.
Returns and Refunds
RCXshop has an unconditional refund policy within 30 days subject to a restocking fee. If you wish to return your order for any reasons within 30 days, please email returns@rcxshop.com with the following information:

Reason for Return/Refund
Upon receipt of your email request, we will issue a RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization) to proceed with returning your order, and we will also calculate your restocking charge (15% of returned merchandise value) which will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot accept returns if the 30 days period has passed.
If your order is damaged or lost via shipment, RCXshop will re-send your order and provide appropriate shipping information. |
